The iSONIC ECO CUBE MTC seals and cuts refrigerant-carrying tubes quickly, reliably and without additional soldering or joining materials. Ultrasonic technology enables a hermetically tight seal with low heat input. The iSONIC ECO CUBE MTC is a compact solution particularly suited to the manufacturing and processing of refrigerant circuits in refrigerators, air-conditioning systems and heat pumps.

 

An efficient alternative to soldering

Conventional soldering processes join tubes using high temperatures. This requires additional energy and introduces heat into the component and its surrounding area. In contrast, the iSONIC ECO CUBE MTC uses mechanical ultrasonic vibrations. The joint is created without an open flame and without additional solder.

The result is a fast, clean and energy-efficient process for hermetically sealing tubes.

Designed for modern refrigerants

The iSONIC ECO CUBE MTC is designed for applications using flammable HC and A2L refrigerants. This makes the technology particularly suitable for modern refrigeration and heat pump systems, where the safe handling of flammable refrigerants is an important consideration.
